About Me<\/strong>
My name is Renee Tillinghast, and I am passionate about guiding others toward holistic well-being through yoga. With a B.S. in Psychology and an A.A. in Culinary Arts, I bring a diverse background in education, wellness, and service. Over the years, I have worked as a paraprofessional in schools and managed my own catering business, experiences that strengthened my skills in teaching, mentoring, and creating nurturing environments.<\/p>\n

I am a devoted wife of nearly 35 years and proud mother of two married children. Twenty years ago, I felt called to share Christian yoga \u00a0while helping others cultivate strength, balance, and peace in body, mind, and spirit. My mission is to empower individuals of all ages and abilities to embrace a healthy, mindful lifestyle while deepening their connection to God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
