Class Types/Schedule

Classes

I hope you enjoy my classes. They are filled with all kinds of music both Christian and secular. I encourage you to choose classes that meet your needs and go at your own pace. This is your yoga journey so listen to your body and know how far to push it. It is recommended to practice at least 3 times per week in order to get the most benefits.

Relax and Restore

This is a basic class that allows the yoga student the opportunity to learn the yoga forms in a slower more prayerful environment. The yoga forms will be broken down to their basic elements and will include modification so any student can safely practice. It is taught at a slower pace allowing for gentle transitions between forms. This class is suitable for all a wide range of body types, fitness levels, and ages. This class will benefit students new to yoga, as well as experienced students looking for an opportunity to deepen their knowledge of the yoga shapes. One hour class.

Simple Stretch

This class will be focused around forms and breathing techniques. Helps you relax, de-stress, sweat a little, stretch, build strength and stamina and draw closer to God. A fun and effective workout for all ages and fitness levels. One hour class.

Powerful Prayer

This class combines great music with a balanced mixture of spirit and sweat. It is a high intensity flow class that may even include an inversion or hand balance. It will be fun and upbeat and a great workout. For intermediate and above. One hour class.

 

I also offer private lessons, yoga therapy and online sessions.
